“The paint arrived promptly but the nib is a felt tip, the paint seems to sit in a tiny lump and the colour was a bit too dark. No use to me, in fact the scratch was preferable.”

“Very easy to use and easy to control for small areas of paint damage, chips. I prefer this pen to a brush type touch up paint due to the control and lay down of the touch up paint.”

“Easy website, Rapid despatch. I bought two paint colours: The "MG X Power Grey" was an excellent match while the BMW white was not quite there but good enough. The 'brushes' included were only really good enough for spots.....for anything bigger I used a small brush.”

“Bought Giant Chameleon Mars paint for my bike. First i got the completely wrong paint as it should be more dark brown but got some green paint instead. Touch Up Paint Factory immediately took action and sent a new paint as quickly as possible after i sent a complaint to their support.”

“Very good customer service. There was a slight problem with identifying the correct colour match for my Saab but with very good communication from the seller the problem was easily resolved. Once I had given the information they asked for the order was dispatched the same day and arrived in the post the next day.”
