“I found The TEFL Academy and Level 5 TEFL course excellent. Assistance is always available from the TEFL Academy team who are quick to respond to any questions the student might have, provided feedback on assignments were really important. “I went into TEFL after studying IT and had no prior knowledge in teaching English or any teaching experience behind my name. My course was a level 5, 168hour course that completely changed everything for me. What I thought was simple and easy, turned out to be highly informative, in-depth and incredible. Tests and assignments were made in such a way that it wasn't just a test of what you learnt, but also for you to think outside the box and use your own creative and innovative ideas to go forward. The admin and tutors behind all this were truly amazing, with amazing feedback and support all the way, start to finish.”

“The online Level 5 TEFL course is broad and thorough. It has given me confidence in teaching- listening, reading, writing and speaking; lesson planning and how to produce classroom materials. The pronunciation unit is really interesting. The end of unit tests are fun. The assignments really make you think and apply the course material. The assignments are marked quickly; feedback is useful and constructive. Each unit has a reference section with further reading suggestions. The online format works well. It is straightforward and easy to use.”

“This is the second course I have completed with the TEFL Academy and I am currently doing one of the 30hr top-up courses now. The courses are very well laid out on the platform with clear and concise instructions to the interactive activities throughout the unit modules. The level 5 course consists of three big assignments, two during the course and one to finish. The assignments really push you to put the work in and they are fairly ample, with regards to the materials required for completion to get good grades. My favorite aspects of the course were actually doing the assignments and I really enjoyed all the extra research needed to complete them. I would definitely recommend the course to a friend. The price is reasonable and you get 6 months from payment to complete the course which is plenty, I finished the course after 3 months, but I had already completed the 120hr course 5 years ago, But its doable in that time even for someone without previous teaching experience. A++”

“I completed my Level 5 TEFL Course with The TEFL Academy this summer. I had been thinking about completing a TEFL qualification for quite a while, and upon researching I felt the The TEFL Academy was one of the best places to do this. The course was set out brilliantly, with lots of interactive quizzes along the way to help you focus your attention. The course made sense and was very accessible to study. They give you lots of helpful websites and tips along the way, so my biggest tip is to keep all of these written down. Sometimes I found the guidance on the assessments a little bit vague. I struggled sometimes figuring out what was wanted, but often I think this was down to overthinking and I was able to email the tutors and get support almost immediately. Above all, The TEFL Academy team is beyond helpful and really superb. Whether it was for assessment guidance, help accessing things, or advice afterwards, they always go above and beyond to help. It can feel daunting to begin to study again, but they really are there for you.”

“I have been so impressed by this course! I completed the Level 5 TEFL course online and can highly recommend it. The course materials are organised very clearly and are completely self explanatory meaning I could just get on with the course independently, at any time day or night. Support documents for the assignments are very detailed and helpful. Assignment feedback is comprehensive and timely. A brillaint course!”
