“Excellent Course. Most of the course was actually new to me such as all the different vowel sounds in English and how the spoken language is time stressed and how reading is very important for a student to extend their vocabulary range. Most important was the practical side of how to go about planning a lesson and how to actually teach a student. I'm part-retired but am still hoping to find a couple of private students to teach English. If I can achieve my aim then the course was well worth it.”

“I have just recently completed the level 5 TEFL online course with the TEFL academy and I could not be more satisfied with the useful knowledge and tips the academy have provided for teaching English. The format of the course was fantastic with lots of information and useful links to external websites providing lesson activities and ideas. The assignment feedback was very detailed and informative. I would definitely recommend this course and I now feel extremely confident to go overseas and have a taste at the teaching for myself!”

“Having moved abroad to live with my wife and with nothing more than a few GCSEs to my name, a friend recommended The TEFL Academy to me. I enrolled on their TEFL Qualifi Level 5 course (168 hours) without really knowing what to expect. However, I found the online course to be well structured with online tutor support only an email away. The online course was thorough and I had to work hard as I progressed through the modules but as you learn you also grow in confidence as well as knowledge. Having now gained my qualification, I can say that it was one of the best things I have ever undertaken in my life in terms of education and self improvement, and I am sure that it will lead to many opportunities in the future that I would otherwise never have had.”

“It was the greatest experience of online studying I've had. The Level 5 TEFL Course is well organised, with video and audio materials. It also contains helpful suggestions for further reading and interesting practice assignments. It was an exciting and challenging task and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to teach English as a foreign language.”

“I'm so glad I chose this course to begin my TEFL adventure! It was structured in a really clear and straightforward way and I felt I was learning all the skills I will use when I'm in a classroom situation. I was able to ask questions about some of the elements I was unsure of and got a prompt reply so I could continue with the course- overall a great experience!”
