“I studied the Level 5 TEFL course and loved it. I was assisted when I needed help although the course id very user friendly and I did not encounter many problems. The work was very informatic and i feel confident that I can teach English successfully. I am very happy and proud to have completed this course.”

“I've just finished the Level 5 TEFL Course (online) and I'd like to share my opinion about the experience. First of all, I'd like to thank The TEFL Academy for the online format of the course, because I live in Russia and for me it's not possible to get the course offline. As for the course itself, it was very easy to understand most of the topics (despite the fact that I don't have special education or experience). There were a lot of additional resources and links, so I will be able to return to them at any time to get some more details about the topic or teaching techniques. Different tests and exercises gave me an opportunity to think for myself and use the knowledge I'd gotten before. The most difficult part was, obviously, assignments. I spent 4 days completing the first one. My brain was exhausted 'cause I'd never had such an experience. But it a was super useful thing! I had the opportunity to practice a bit. Tutors gave me detailed feedback after each assignment. It took me 1,5 months to complete the 168-hour course. I studied for about 6-7 hours per day.”

“The course was fairly easy to follow and gave many good teaching tips and advice. I have yet to travel abroad yet and am in the process of landing a job. The TEFL job board is lacking in my opinion but they give so many other avenues that I am sure find one soon.”

“I really enjoyed the experience while going through the level 5 TEFL course. Not only did it provide me with knowledge but it also provided me with different contexts as to how the knowledge provided can be applied. This is worthwhile experience because it will forever be applicable in the teaching.”

“A Practical and Useful Course The course was very helpful in preparing me for teaching. I use what I learned almost everyday in my teaching. The assignments were challenging but not impossible to do. It boosted my confidence as an English teacher. I would highly recommend this course to anyone who wants to become an English teacher.”

“I loved the Level 5 TEFL Course I took! The materials were informative and touched on several important aspects of teaching. I was given plenty of opportunities to put theory into practice through interactive activities and assignments; the latter also provided precious and well-thought-out feedback. “I have recently completed the TEFL Qualifi course with the TEFL academy. If you are thinking of becoming an English teacher for non-native speakers I would recommend it. When you first start the course there are many videos and explanations of how to navigate the website. The website is pretty easy to navigate and the layout seems intuitive. The course syllabus itself is planned out well and in such that it steadily preps you for the quizzes and assignments. There are many links to further reading and these are also mentioned in the units to allow you further study on the topics. As you progress through the units it gives you all the information you need to teach any level of student ability and includes lesson ideas and advice. The Assignments themselves are explained clearly and how to submit them. The templates and checklists are given with instructions on all the necessary requirements to complete the assignments. The six months that they give you is plenty to complete the course but do offer an extension if you need it. In the end, the results you get will show the effort you put in. If you want to get a career in teaching English as a foreign language, this course will give you access to all the things you need to make that a success.”

“Doing the TEFL course at The TEFL Academy has been a rewarding experience. The contents of the course are very clear and well-organized. Each of the units also provide you with examples and extra resources that are helpful for the unit tests and the assignments. “The course is systematic and brings me towards my journey of English teaching gradually. It covers all topics I need to and want to know. There are so many videos which are live in the classroom to share, and I found them very useful. on top of it, there are many further readings and useful links that are helpful as well.”
