“I was most impressed by the efficiency of the operation from Dean coming to give me a quote originally through the appointment to do the work and then on the day the sash window men doing a great job, being charming and cleaning up well after finishing the work. I will have them back to do more work in the future and have already recommended them to friends.”

“Charlie and Kaylum from the West London team did an amazing repair job on our - slightly tricky - rotten mansard sash. The sill and part of the lower half had to be replaced completely. They meticulously made the cuts and grooves to such a high standard that the end result was a completely flush and virtually invisible fix. I also appreciated how tidy they worked. They brought carpet protectors and thoroughly hoovered afterwards. Many thanks!”

“I have been a repeat customer over a number of years as I'm slowing replacing all the windows, and each time the quality of workmanship has been brilliant. The window fitters are very considerate, tidy and have always completed the work to a high standard. I can highly recommend for the pricing, the overall service and end finish. I still have a few more windows to replace and will be definitely calling them back!”

“I have been super impressed with SWM, Dean who came and did the quotation was really professional and didn't try and upsell like so many other companies - all 17 windows were either replaced or refurbished in 3 days and I can believe the transformation. Highly recommend.”

“A very professional service from start to end. The quotation was clear and the carpenters were knowledgeable, tidy, quick and very friendly. The sash windows have been unbalanced and badly fitting for years - now they are draught-proof and running perfectly.”

“From our first contact with Paul and our first visit from Pete our experience with the SWM had been excellent. Our replacement sash's have kept to the original look and feel of our house but the effect of the double glazing and draught proofing is a total transformation. All 4 guys who were on our job were a pleasure to have in our home. Attentive, informative and clean and tidy. Thoroughly recommended!!”

“We were delighted with the work recently done to renovate our Victorian sash windows. From the original estimate to the finished job, the care and customer focus were excellent. Everything was clearly and carefully explained and there were no hidden extras. The quality of workmanship was high and the team worked efficiently and professionally throughout - it was a pleasure to have them around! The improvement in our windows is striking - everything now runs smoothly, frames and sills are sound, and the draft proofing has made a major difference. Altogether the team did a first class job - we would not hesitate to recommend them.”

“We chose to use the Sash Window Man team, to replace our flats windows, as I had used them previously when they did a brilliant job. They didn’t fail to deliver this time either! “We just wanted to say the process with The Sash Window Man had been excellent from beginning to end. The survey was thorough and all the options were explained in detail. Organising the date of the works was straighforward and the guys on the day were absolutely brilliant, turned up early, were neat and tidy and really friendly. The windows look fab, have definitely improved insulation and now work brilliantly. The works were competitvely priced and the workmanship was excellent! We will definitely be in touch again when we're ready to get the remaining windows done. Thanks again to everyone at The Sash Window Man.”

“Highly responsive to first request for a quote, sensible and practical advice on what needed to be done ( some windows repaired and some replaced). We were then given an accurate time frame for the job which was completed on time and to budget with the flat left tidy every night of the works. I can not recommend the Sash Window Man highly enough. Paul”

“This was an absolutely first rate service. Firstly, Dean was incredibly helpful on the advice of what the solutions should be. Secondly, he have a quick quote and a very realistic and accurate estimate of the installation date. Finally, the installation was when they said it was going to be and executed very professionally. “From start to finish this has been a 5 star experience. Dean measured my windows and gave me a lot of information and accurate quotes which were 20% lower than other quotes I’d been given. David in the office was responsive and helpful about the work that would be done. The team of Matt and Leo were amazing. High energy, skilled and happy (there was singing!). They were on time, covered everything, finished early, cleaned up my flat and the garden patio below and helped me move my stuff back in place. The windows are beautiful, fit perfectly and the trains out back and busses out front are now but a background whisper. I recommend without hesitation! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Really excellent service and exceptional communication. The initial survey and quote was done very promptly, very good communication about timescales and follow-up on the appointment. “I really could not have asked for anything more from these guys! They were so helpful from the planning stages answering all my million questions about the types of glass straight through to rescheduling the installation date at the last minute. They are really great with old houses and pricing is super competitve too. Plus the windows are absolutely gorgeous! Can not recommend them highly enough.”

“Excellent level of service and communication from each of Dean, Dave and Matt plus the painting team led by Terry. The craftsmanship is outstanding and we're delighted to have been able to repair some of our 150 year old original sash windows. Just a shame we can't afford to do more of our windows at the same time. Until next time the piggy bank allows, thanks guys.”
