“Very poor customer experience please avoid wasting your money here. Bought a 9ct yellow gold baby Bangle for my son’s first birthday, paid for express shipping only to still be waiting for it to arrive after his birthday a week and a half later.
Tried contacting them via email 3 times and no response, used contact form on their website and still no response. Called over 5 times to see if there was someone to talk to and it rings and goes to answer machine every time (yes I did leave a message and no one called back). Also used the chat function they had with no reply and the WhatsApp link on their website is broken.
They have made it difficult to track or understand the status of my order by just ignoring my lines of communication and now I wasn’t even able to give my son his birthday present, really POOR customer experience. Even the item was to arrive now I would never use this company again for anything.
I have now sent a final email requesting a refund on the item and if this is again ignored I will requesting a chargeback from my bank”
“Ordered a baby bangles for a christening on Sunday, I ordered the tuesday before and paid extra for 1-3 business day delivery. When I hadn't received it by the Saturday I emailed them, it's now a week later and they still haven't replied. The bangle arrived today but 2 days late for the christening and no explanation or apology. Won't be using them ever again”

I then messaged on WhatsApp and finally received a response advising I would receive my delivery within 3-4 days. In reality I didn’t receive it until more than a fortnight later. When I did receive them they were both a half size too small. This was thankfully easy to rectify at a local jewellers.”
