“I placed a high value order for our two wedding rings. I received no confirmation email. For this reason I emailed the advertised address two days later requesting an update and received no response. I then messaged on WhatsApp and finally received a response advising I would receive my delivery within 3-4 days. In reality I didn’t receive it until more than a fortnight later. When I did receive them they were both a half size too small. This was thankfully easy to rectify at a local jewellers.”
