“I was referred to use the Money Hub specifically to work with Gary Simmons. He came highly recommended from a client and friend of mine. From the start his advice was reliable, well thought out, independent (which was important to me) and honest. He found me a suitable lender for the purchase of three buy to let properties, within a prescribed deadline. He is trustworthy, and will push and work with lenders to make sure that they meet their end of the bargain. Gary is efficient, is willing to put the hard work in and in one word is efficient to give the accurate know how in the arrangement of funding projects.”

“I was recommended by someone to use John Murphy at the money hub to help me and get me my first mortgage I was 100% NOT let down and was so grateful I was introduced to him. Straight from the start to the end I couldn’t of faulted him he has been amazing! My mortgage was not easy due to different factors but John literally over came anything which cropped up and always reassured me as I was constantly worried. I was expecting to go with a specialist lender but due to John’s knowledge, ability end professionalism he managed to get me a high street lender which I never thought would happen. I honestly do think if I chose someone else to act on my behalf i wouldn’t of never got a mortgage! Brilliant guy and would recommend him to anyone!”

“Ivan achieved for us what no other broker could! In all honesty, words will never be enough to express our gratitude. After a long hard battle of trying to remortgage our property (as expats with a rather unusual financial situation), and after several failed attempts by other brokers, we had little hope moving forward and were left utterly defeated. A simple google search led me to The Money Hub. A quick phone call directed me to Ivan - a specialist in all things expat! And that he is. Ivan was down to earth, transparent, warm and friendly and had a great deal of empathy through the lengthy and complex process. “We received excellent service from Ivan at the Money Hub. He worked tirelessly in helping us secure our first mortgage and clear some outstanding debts. He kept in regular contact with us, explaining the process, what would happen next etc. He was always very quick to reply to messages and give advice, and nothing was ever too much trouble. “John Murphy was absolutely amazing. From the minute i got in touch with him last year, to the beginning of process and all the way through to the end. John was on hand to assist with any questions and concerns I had. Being a first time buyer, this was a very scary process. But during the whole process i was reassured at every step. “From start to finish John at The Money Hub was amazing. During the initial phone call he explained the process of securing a mortgage and what I personally needed to achieve in order to do this. He stayed in contact with me over the next few months while I improved my credit file and answered any questions I had. Once lockdown was lifted and products came back to the market he put my mortgage application in and kept me updated every step of the way. He then rang me with the amazing news that my mortgage had been approved. He really did go above and beyond and I cant thank him enough for helping to secure a home for myself and my daughter.”
