“My journey began with Matthew who was very honest and supportive, he gave me in-depth advise and ensured that I understood the process and also took the time out to advise me on how to repair my credit whilst paying for my mortgage. Which will put me in a good position moving forward. Matthew then passed me over to Sonia who literally held my hand during the final but significant stages, she managed the paper work and communication with the lender which, should have been daunting but with Sonia’s support I was able to have knowledge and confidence. Thank you so much to Sonia and the team”

“Very helpful from start to finish. Since my initial call with Matt and Ben David reassuring I could get my mortgage despite by poor credit, to the amazing follow up by Sonia Lynch. Sonia always replied my emails and concern very fast. Even when I felt I couldn’t take it no more she reassured me everything was almost done. I can’t thank you enough, it has been a difficult one but you manage to get me the deal. Now can relax and start enjoying my home. I will definitely recommend The Money Hub to anyone.”

“Ben and Michelle are by far the best advisors in the world. We wasn't always the easiest clients but they always did their best to help us out and get our answers. The customer Service we received was amazing. I would recommend them to anyone especially first time buyers they was always on hand to answer our questions and point us in the right direction. “From day one starting with a phone call from Matt, who gave me the confidence and reassurance that even with my not so good credit rating, they were willing to take me on. This was followed by Ben David, who was meticulous in asking all the questions no one wants to ask in order to provide me with the best advice for the product to take. Thank you Ben, even for understanding my situation. I was then handed over to Sonia… am at a loss of words of how I am seriously indebted to her for caring and empathy as I felt she truly understood my position and was genuinely wanting my application for a home loan to go through regardless of my tainted credit rating. She was always there on the other end of phone or email ready to respond to any question I had. Even when sometimes it felt we were hitting a brick wall she would be there re assuring me. “What can I say….but just fabulous. I contacted the Money Hub a few about 4 weeks ago about a remortgage to consolidate some debts and make a fresh start. The service I had was faultless from the start to finish, which I may add only took just over 3 weeks to complete the remortgage. I can not thank John enough. “I began to work with the Money Hub in July 2020 for the purchase of a piece of land for a self-build project. Gary Simmons was charged with securing bridging finance for me to enable the construction which he did. Unfortunately, the purchase of the land is yet to happen due to delays with the vendor so, I had to re-organise plans as my chid was due to start school and my family needed to relocate to the area. We recently switched to purchase a house at auction. Even though this was a timed sale, Gary managed to arrange a mortgage for me in an extremely tight timescale. The reason he opted for a mortgage was to save us around £15K in fees if bridging finance had been used. This certainly was no cake walk and lots of work had to be completed at short notice. Gary was absolutely exemplary. Nothing is an issue, even when you experience one as he draws on his years of experience and thinks outside the box, always seeking a solution. Even when you don’t think one is possible. Calling on an evening and weekend is not uncommon for Gary. He made our priorities and time constraints his own. It was clear we were getting a service not available from any other bank or broker I had ever dealt with. We are so grateful to Gary and his Team (especially Sonia) who assisted him when required. I can’t recommend Gary and the MonkeyHubs services enough. He has made what felt like the impossible - possible and I look forward to working with him again on future projects. Going the extra mile isn’t enough for Gary. He takes the challenge of achieving your aims on as his own. You always feel well informed and safe in the knowledge that Gary is considering everything, even the things that are not on your radar.”

“I contacted the Money Hub to deal with a difficult remortgage, and a meeting was scheduled with Matt Wiseman. He was thorough, professional, and direct, which I appreciated, and despite a damaged credit rating and overseas income, he was the only professional to give me the confidence to pursue an application. Despite a few bumps in the road, the application progressed, Matt stepping in at one point to iron out a rather large obstacle and keep the ball rolling and an offer was finally issued! I dealt mainly with Sonia after this. She was extremely professional and efficient throughout. In fact, Sonia went above and beyond, supporting me through the entire process, answering/dealing with questions and queries with lightning speed and at the same time demonstrating sensitivity to the stress which arises during such a time. I cannot thank the Money Hub team enough. They managed the entire process from start to finish outstandingly and achieved what I had begun to think was the impossible prior to approaching them. I would not hesitate to recommend their excellent service and would approach them to manage any financial situation again in the future. Special mention to Charlie for his personality and upbeat attitude. When you are calling a company multiple times, it’s easy to feel like just ‘a voice on the phone’ but his attitude ensured that wasn’t the case, and it really made a huge difference at such a tumultuous time.
