“Natalie who handled my case was superb. She was there from starting to finish with excellent support with the paperwork needed. The only thing that I wasn't pleased about was the constant added extra information that was needed. It seemed to be never ending when yet another piece of information was needed. All in all I have nothing but praise for Natalie from money hub and Chris from first stop. Excellent customer service and support throughout.”

“Fantastic service. Was put into touch by these by a third party, and from the word go they were superb. Their customer service is second-to-none, they constantly made me feel comfortable with the process, and always gave the impression that nothing was too much to ask. The loan I wanted to take out was against the clock, but their tireless work in ensuring that the deadline was met was very much appreciated and ensured that the loan got in over the clock. The two agents I dealt with were Gary and Sonia, and I couldn't speak highly enough of them. Thank you once again for all your efforts in helping me achieve my dream.”

“From the outset Gary and Sonia were very professional and had a urgency to get the job that is so very rare to find in anyone now a days! Would I recommend them? I wouldn't advise you go anywhere else if you want the job done properly! Having bought many properties over the years and used various mortgage advisors I can honestly say they were a breath of fresh air! Thanks again Gary and Sonia and look forward to doing more business in the future!!!”

“I approached Money Hub for advice on bridging loans. They gave me sound advice, especially that it was not a financially efficient way of funding a new house purchase. They redirected me to a mortgage broker who was most efficient and arranged a loan with the Halifax. I am very pleased with the advice I received from Money Hub. We complete on our new home this coming Monday. Andrew.”
