“no high street bank would lend to me as I run up a few credit card debts refurbishing a house, I needed the extra mortgage to pay off credit cards and continue with with my project which eventually make a huge profit for us. They got me a great deal and the work they put in was agonising as lenders these days want to know the ins and outs of everything. Big thanks to these guys as they helped us through everything the lender wanted to know and beyond.”

“We were looking for a bridging loan due to an early completion date. We worked closely with Gary who was able to come back with several suggestions and managed to structure it in a way that saved us quite a bit of money. We were very impressed and Gary told us that his motto is "if it's right for my mum, then it's right for you" The completion date was then changed and we may not need the loan. Gary is keeping it on hold. I have no qualms about coming back to him if we need it as he was efficient, effective and pleasant to work with. I will be recommending Gary and Money Hub to my family and friends.”

“First of all may I add there needs to be an excellent star rating. I would give The Money Hub excellence if it was available. Ivan has been proactive from the start always willing to help me through my case when I thought I had no chance in getting the mortgage. Ivan had faith all the way. Rachel was very good at keeping me updated and requesting all the relevant document that was required to complete my case. Rachel was a star even at times I felt it was over excessive but it was damn worth it I might not have got the mortgage if it wasn't for Rachel's persistent pushing for vital information. I shall definitely be using The Money Hub for my next adventure. Kind Regards”
