“They helped me to find a mortgage”

“Sonya and Gary helped me along a long process in trying obtain funds for my home. I have a lot of equity in a property but needed to get funds in order to purchase another home. I needed a short term solution with things and also about having a home that fitted within my present circumstances (a single mother to a 5 year old) It took along time!, and it was a lot of trying to get things together and they helped massively, did a lot of applications and speaking with lenders. They were a great help and they helped me obtain a goal that I was seeking which was a new home!. I'm truly happy with the results, and I know this is a short term solution to get me onto a new home and a new position personally. This has been a experience and having been advised along the road I feel good in achieving where I need to be!. I will be back in two years time, to then sort things out get to where I need to be! I'm truly greatful to having been advised to take the route that I have been offered in order to achieve the goal of a house for me and my son! I can't wait to get my home and to be settled !, Let's crack open the champs! Hip hip hooray! "to Sonya and Gary!" They really are worth the money.....;)”

“There was a lot to and fro with the lender (Shawbrook) and lots of challenges regarding getting the second charge, due mainly because my house was mid-way through major renovation and technically uninhabitable. The Brokers at The Money Hub pulled out all of the stops to make it happen. I really felt like The Money Hub 'fought in my corner' from day one and in the end, I got the loan I requested, thanks to the excellent team at The Money Hub.”

“Gary & Rachel were very efficient with our remortgage application. Despite reviewing our case 3 months later, Gary remembered all of our personal details which made the organisation of our application run smoothly and accurately. We had complete trust in Gary and felt he took the time to explain every detail at each stage of the application process. We were amazed at how quick the application went through within a week of signing documents. We are very satisfied with the remortgage deal offered to us and by using The Money Hub we have managed to borrow enough money to build an extension and bring our terms down by 11 years! While the finalising details of our application have been taken over by Rachel she has been very proactive in contacting us for extra documents and confirming when they have been received etc. All communication has been professional, polite and efficient leaving us feeling confident and happy with our accepted offer. We would strongly recommend using The Money Hub! Mr and Mrs Whitehead”

“Even though my enquiry at this time was purely a check to see my eligibility due to poor credit I was very happy indeed with the time spent on myself answering my questions regarding a future mortgage. I will hopefully have a mortgage sorted by this time next year.”

“Ivan and Rachel were extremely helpful and very professional, they did everything they could to help me get the arrangement I wanted at the best and cheapest possible repayments, I would highly recommend them to anyone, Even when we encountered an issue a solution was found straight away. “My remortgage was handled in an efficient and friendly manner by Darren Ford who was very helpful and thorough with any information he supplied to me and gave good advice. He was always in contact with me keeping me updated as to progress and was always contactable if I had any queries or questions. He kept on top of matters when the lender and solicitor were dragging their feet! Overall a great service and would recommend to anyone needing financial advice. Well done Darren!”
