“There are three kinds of service – bad, good and exceptional. As an owner of seven Mac computers of every stripe, the service I’ve received from MacMan Tonbridge Wells over the last four years has never been anything other than exceptional. On the technical side they are second to none - be it retrieving data or sourcing obscure graphics cards for older machines – they always deliver. But they’re also incredibly friendly and helpful with it – if you’re spending too much money on a laptop that doesn’t justify it, say, they will come right out and tell you. When you drop your machine off you typically get a call that day with an initial assessment plus you get text updates too. I’ve also had good experiences buying second-hand laptops from them too. All in all, I could not recommend MacMan T-W highly enough.”

“All staff very, very helpful, giving all the time needed to assist me to get to the next stage of using an Apple product. MacMan were recommended by a friend and I will certainly be recommending their service to others.”

“From having a dead Hard Drive on my iMac, they fixed it in double quick time. The service was very professional and I had constant information via emails and calls telling me of the progress of my iMac. The service was amazing and the cost was perfect. I hope to take out a business package with them shortly.”

“My iPhone battery wasn't lasting long so I emailed Macman to see if they could help. I had a prompt reply, and on taking it in I found the staff in the shop to be friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back for any future problems I encounter and have already recommended them to a family member.”

“We've used MacMan a few times now, and they've always been efficient and upfront about costs and whether they can help. They've previously managed to give my old 2010 MacBook Pro a new lease of life and this time they rescued it after it had water spilled on it!”
