“I had an issue with a Mac laptop which was difficult to pin down. Eventually, like the parrot in the Monty Python sketch, it was agreed that 'it's dead'. The data was then transferred to a new Mac desktop and the problem resurfaced and was tracked to software. I was at the store for two hours and left with everything working. I have issues with Adobe but not MacMan, they were patient as well as diligent. I may test their patience again and try to resurrect the laptop but minus the damaging software. I have already returned to purchase accessories and would use them again without hesitation.”

“These guys really know their stuff, I had a lot of issues with storage and things not working correctly on my mac, many of my friends recommended them and I wasn't disappointed, they gave me me really great honest advice and were just really helpful and understanding, will continue to use their services for all my mac support.”

“IT savy son thought 4 year old i-pad beyond cost of effective repair but I checked with MacMan. Repair of "blind spot" and new screen for £45 with summer offer. Now good as new.”

“Their kind colleagues in store are always helpful and well informed and don't seek to trip you up with jargon or get you to spend more for the sake of it. They made parting with a large amount of money a lot less stressful as I knew what I was buying was right for me and that I could be confident of the quality of the mac I was buying. I've only ever heard good things about MacMan from all my friends who have gone into their shop, and quite rightly so.”

“Replaced iPhone battery in under 24hours with clear instructions to back up beforehand and reinstate apps etc after repair. Phone much improved with new battery.recommend.”
