“They were pleasantly optimistic when I brought in my laptop into which I tossed quite a lot of a cup of coffee. They rang me sooner than expected to say that replacing the keyboard would do the trick. And rang me sooner than expected to say that I could come to collect the computer. And all is working well. So, all round, many thanks.”

“From the moment I walked in they were friendly, polite & the atmosphere was not intimidating at all. They had ample time for me, explaining what may seem very basic with care & understanding. Enthusiastic, knowledgeable & lovely staff on each different interaction involving the booking. I would recommend them to anyone needing any advice on Apple. They are a lot better at explaining than the Apple Store! K 😀”

“Had trouble with a slow running Mac. MacMan attended and provided advice and then a suggestion. Not pushy at all but professional and competent. Took their advice and had further work doe at their shop. What a find ! These are now our go to guys for keeping our Macs happy.”

“They are very nice and patient people - and made the process of updating my iMac a real pleasure. They transferred all the data, delivered the new one and stayed with me until I was happy it was all working. By recommending a reconditioned iMac they saved me money, and were happy to return the hard drive of my old one to ensure security. I would recommend them unhesitatingly, and if you are an Arsenal fan Ryan is your man ! Chris Rendel”

“Thoroughly recommended! Ryan was great - he helped me get the most out of the session by encouraging me to make a list and prioritise in advance. We achieved lots during our 1 hour session - I came away with clear instructions on what to do and have ended up with 50GB space freed up. He also taught me some useful tips and some basics on how to use my Mac, as I'm still getting used to how different it is to my old work computer. Thank you!”
