I took my broken iMac to the team more in hope than expectation but not only were the team able to get it up and running again they were even able to upgrade the machine at my request by installing an SSD. The machine is working great now - thanks MacMan!

I took my phone in for repair a couple of weeks ago to be fixed because of a software error apparently from Apple. It has already started doing the same problem. I have contacted the Mac man but still havnt had a reply and feel as though they are not interested they have caused me trouble. I would appreciate being contacted by the Mac man. Kind regards

Thecrepairvto mynipad for a broken screen was excellent. In fact you would never know it had been damaged. Also the repair was carried out extremely quickly much to my delight. Would certainly recommend MacMan to anybody. John Hine

Sam and the back up team in TW were great - our MacBook Pro lives to fight another day!! Their knowledge, professionalism, application and that you get to speak and see real people sets them aside from using remote helplines. We continue to recommend them, without doubt, to all Mac Users.

All sorted in a very methodical and seems professional manner. My only comment was that is there a way you could perhaps prioritise business machines to keep to a minimum the time it all took. My "graphics / video" whatever is called card was replaced. All is now well. At the time of failure my screen blinked to a full blue screen. Once the fault was diagnosed I assumed that the blinking screen issue would disappear. As this has not, can I assume its the monitor failing - or is it something further computer based?

A very professional small, local business. The people running it have an abundance of courtesy and a wish to be as helpful as they can possibly be. I wont hesitate to use them again as the need might arise.

I'm delighted with the performance of my machine and I was very satisfied with The Mac Mans service. One question since I've got everything up and running I have some anomalies with i cloud, one being I've lost a level of my Notes on my phone. I use Notes to store some of my passwords which has been a bit inconvenient.

I am 60 and still getting the hang of all this online technology and when my iMac went seriously horribly wrong I was recommended MacMan Tunbridge Wells from a work colleague. Best move I ever made, these guys are friendly and efficient and don't talk down to me like i'm an idiot who should know what to do, they were very patient and helped me understand exactly what to do. Bottom line is...........if you need friendly professional help then get in touch with them, I am so glad I did, thanks Luke (the guy at work) but thanks also of course to all 3 guys at MacMan who helped me out so much. Never going back to apple store in Brighton again now I know where these guys are
