It was just before Christmas and I needed help with my router and iPad. The service was fantastic. Despite the time of year a very professional service, arrived within about an hour, fixed everything, explained everything and left me extremely happy and relieved. This is not the first time I have used Mac man and always have an excellent , professional service. I highly recommend them.

I have had two iPhone's fixed an iphone 5s totally reconditioned with glass front and an iphone 4 front an back glass also an iPad glass replacement and have to say these guys are very Professional and friendly and fantastic value. They kept me updated on any changes and new problems that occurred but also managed to keep the price down. Beautiful clean office with great value products 'Would definitely recommend' and use again. Thanks guys

I took my MacBook Pro back to the guys after a fault recurred. They were exceptionally thorough and kept in good contact, and while the fault took a while to isolate and resolve, they did so and were thoughtful and apologetic about the time it took, and their thoroughness got it done!

The MacMan services were exceptional. My phone suffered serious water damage. Apple simply said that there was nothing that could be done. The MacMan were recommended to me so I gave them a try. Within a couple of hours they had diagnosed how it could be fixed. Within a couple more hours, they had fixed it and my phone was back in perfect working order. I can't recommended them highly enough.

I had a performance problem with my MacBook Pro The solution I discovered myself on the www as mac man didn't fix it. I wrote suggesting how Mac man could improve their diagnostic phase for future customers - but didnt get a reply.

Hi Peter, We're sorry you're not happy with our service as we do aim for 100% customer satisfaction. In this instance as your intermittent problem was with your PlusNet router and not your Apple Mac we were unable to verify the fault in store and this is why we also offer and encourage on-site visits. Sam said he did receive your email and to thank you for it. He apologises he didn't reply directly but he did forward it to all MacMan users in all our locations as a heads up for customers' intermittent internet connections at home. I've increased the warranty on your assessment to 12 months for you though so if you do have any problems at all during 2016 we can book it in and take a look at no extra charge. Many thanks Jon
