All sorted in a very methodical and seems professional manner. My only comment was that is there a way you could perhaps prioritise business machines to keep to a minimum the time it all took.
My "graphics / video" whatever is called card was replaced. All is now well. At the time of failure my screen blinked to a full blue screen. Once the fault was diagnosed I assumed that the blinking screen issue would disappear. As this has not, can I assume its the monitor failing - or is it something further computer based?
