“Took my phone in to get repaired a few weeks ago as the screen was smashed and the charger port had issues. I spoke to the apple store who said it would cost me £140 and take a week to repair just the screen. After a brief google search I came across Macman fully expecting to be charged a similar fee and to be without my phone for at least a week. In fact my phone was only in the shop for three days and only cost me £60. Fantastic customer service will definitely be recommending to anyone who needs an apple product repaired.”

“I have a macbook pro which is beginning to show it's age a little and getting glitchy. A visit from Ryan sorted out a whole list of issues I was having, and helped me understand better how to work between my various Apple devices.”

“I needed to upgrade to a new iPad. MacMan got the new one for me really quickly and helped with the setup, transferring everything from the old one so it looked exactly the same as before-but better. They were also really helpful when I had to pop back as the email wasn't working quite right. A few minutes and that problem was solved too. Very satisfied customer!”

“I have been to the MacMan a number of times, mostly in a panic! The customer service is outstanding, they are friendly, helpful, and have also been very honest, and I trust them to give me the best advice on all my Apple products. I am glad they are in my town!”
