“One of the most helpful services I have ever used: they are very knowledgeable, so friendly, and absolutely committed to solving the (many!) problems I had with my mac. Also very patient! Highly recommended, even if you have to cycle up a massive hill to get there!”

“Great service. Had the screen on my iPhone 6 replaced. Was done very quickly for a good price. This did result in an issue with the earpiece not working for calls. Took it back in and they fixed the issue the same day. The issue was due to some corrosion possibly caused by the phone getting wet sometime in the past. Would recommend them and will definitely use them again if I need to.”

“Initially contacted Macman by phone to upgrade my iMac (bought from them in 2013) to High Sierra. Unable to sort this on phone. I came in to T. Wells, they collected the iMac from me in the car park and sorted it all while I had a coffee elsewhere. Brought it back to the car for me when completed. Thanks to all at Macman and very grateful for your patience on phone and kind service. Much appreciated!”

“Initial visit without the MAC: re-assuring, with an explanation of assessment procedure and cost; engineer then went beyond that to give a possible diagnosis, printing out a couple of sheets of prompts. That didn't quite work. More excellent reception and explanation on taking the Mac in for assessment. Collected a few days later, cured, cleaned, backed-up, all within the assessment charge. Very relieved to have found such an excellent, courteous service.”

“MacMan tried to help me sort out the problem with my laptop both over the phone and by sending me email instructions at no cost. When this didn't work and I took my laptop in they were very helpful and efficient and explained everything well. They also sorted out a small problem I had with my Iphone at no extra cost.”

“I have always been very happy with MacMan - good impartial advice, good trade-in options and free data transfer service if you buy a new machine through them. This is the second Mac I have bought from them. Thank you”

“My daughters phone was smashed and all bent (I never knew it was bent). Took it into the MacMan and a lovely young man replaced her screen and straightened the case out before giving me it back. I would highly recommend this repair shop and if needed I would use them again”
