Initial visit without the MAC: re-assuring, with an explanation of assessment procedure and cost; engineer then went beyond that to give a possible diagnosis, printing out a couple of sheets of prompts. That didn't quite work. More excellent reception and explanation on taking the Mac in for assessment. Collected a few days later, cured, cleaned, backed-up, all within the assessment charge. Very relieved to have found such an excellent, courteous service.
