Absolutely outstanding !!! I had to return my item ( no longer needed as my duck went broody last moment ) and Tony was amazing - communication was ongoing and my refund was made quickly. If I ever need another incubator , I will be straight back here !!! Not many places have customer service like these guys - amazing 😍😍😍 Thank you - Don't ever change xx

They ordered the same product from The Incubator Shop on the exact same day as we did! We returned our for a refund which was no hassle at all.

Excellent customer service - even during the lockdown. When I had a problem it was sorted out quickly and a refund given. I've used Incubator Shop before and always been very happy, with goods arriving quickly.

The Incubator Shop were very helpful and quick to respond when I contacted them. They were also happy to refund the second postage when I ordered extra items and I'm very happy with the products I bought.

First class service, email only because of coronavirus, I ordered the wrong incubator and it was out for delivery it was returned to The Incubator Shop with no charge to myself and a full refund was given. Many thanks Guys great service, Frank

Easy to order, fast delivery..... Ordered 2 items separately and received a refund on postage without asking! Can't argue with that kind of service:)

Would give 10 stars if I could, great service. Tony rang because an item I had ordered was not in stock and delivery date was unknown, I was offered refund or upgrade at no additional cost, what better customer service could I have received? My items were dispatched promptly and were well packaged. Looking forward to ordering from you in the future.

Excellent service. I ordered the wrong size but after a telephone call they posted the correct size and included an envelope to post the wrong one back. A full refund was issued.
