I had to return my item ( no longer needed as my duck went broody last moment ) and Tony was amazing - communication was ongoing and my refund was made quickly.
If I ever need another incubator , I will be straight back here !!!

First class service, email only because of coronavirus, I ordered the wrong incubator and it was out for delivery it was returned to The Incubator Shop with no charge to myself and a full refund was given.

Would give 10 stars if I could, great service. Tony rang because an item I had ordered was not in stock and delivery date was unknown, I was offered refund or upgrade at no additional cost, what better customer service could I have received? My items were dispatched promptly and were well packaged. Looking forward to ordering from you in the future.
