Bronti and everyone else at The Incubator Shop are great. Excellent aftersales support and nice and polite.
I had an issue with my Brinsea incubator which was not their fault. Resolved asap. So I’d definitely buy from again.
Super fast delivery too.
Thanks to everyone. Fantastic job for a small family business.

Very easy to deal with & the product are always very good. I have had bit from them over the years & always very good.
I did pay for next day delivery as I was in need of the part but it took two days to get to me. I understand this may be the couriers fault. But still frustrating never the less.

Delivery is always good, but the first brinsea 24 EX that I purchased does not work as well as it should. The last one I recievd is much better and I didnt realise how bad the first one i bought from yourselves was so bad.
