“I chose my knobs to fit a Willis and Gambier chest of drawers (sadly Willis and Gambier do not supply spare knobs!). Anyway, found some on this site, which would work very well and I found it extremely easy to work out which ones would do the job. Unfortunately, the screw supplied was slightly too long so the knobs did not sit flush with the unit. I explained this to the representative who took my call and she understood straight away and immediately sent me a small selection of screws and I am delighted to say and is well and looking very good indeed. “I have been twice to the showroom as I’m a really fussy person so I needed to match knobs and catches with my cooker . On both occasions the staff were really patient as I couldn’t make my mind up . The quality and price are really competitive. A young man named Ryan served me today and he was so polite . Thank you the handle studio”

“Received a damaged handle, phoned them and was advised to return it and it would be replaced + they would reimburse the £5.09 it cost me in postage. When they received the damaged handle back they sent me an abrupt email implying the damage was done by me which it certainly had not, they had the audacity to say they wouldn’t be replacing the handle or reimbursing me the cost of postage and I would have to order and pay again for a new handle- terrible after service and 1 star is 1 star too many. Not happy.”

Dear Martin, You had purchased 6qty 50mm cabinet knobs that are made from solid brass, these particular knobs are prone to damage when we receive them from the supplier, in order for each and every customer to not receive any damaged items from us, we thoroughly check these and rebag them in our own branded bags. Any that are found with any sort of damage are rejected and sent back to our supplier. Due to the weight of each knob these would have also been wrapped individually for dispatch from us, so leaving us each knob would have been in a perfect condition, you never mentioned that the packaging was damaged in any way so we can only assume that the damage (which would have never left us in that way) occured after receipt of goods. The damage looks like this has been dropped due the side having a extensive flat spot. As with any damage reports we have, we always would ask for an image to be sent first to us to access whether the customer needs to make a return, you had already packaged this up so was inable to send this image, had you done this, then no return would have been needed due to damage we found once we had received it back from you.
