There is also a huge variety of different finishes available from stainless steel in a brushed or satin finish, oak, maple, beech, walnut and pine wooden knobs, we also have antique brass, pewter, porcelain, nickel, chrome and glass finishes, so a range to choose from to suit your needs.

“Managed to match a broken draw handle exactly for a good price. Accidentally ordered 2 due to paypal delay but decided to keep both rather than try and rectify. However, received a telephone call to check if i meant to order 2 so close together, and so was able to cancel one. Fabulous customer service.”

“I am not a good internet shopper, I really mostly like to actually see what I am buying. However after a quite expensive mistake of purchasing some wardrobe knobs that quite frankly did not look right, I came across the Handle Studio. Firstly, the webpage is very clear and concise and feels almost that you are actually in a real shop. It was a nice surprise to buy a sample and get a discount code for future purchase. Eventually ended up buying 14 brass knobs. The service provided by Dorothy was first class. Delivery was very prompt and everything was very well packaged. These have provided a superb finishing touch to 2 of our newly decorated and built wardrobes. Highly recommend using the Handle Studio.”

“I would give this company a 0 if i could! Do not waste your time with them! I have paid an extortionate delivery fee of £6.99 to make sure my order was delivered in 1-2days, when my order did not arrive in the window i asked for the delivery fee to be refunded! Which i am within my rights to do as a consumer. The company blamed the couier service (DPD) and refused my request for a refund, then just CANCELLED my order and told me to take my service elsewhere!!! Shocking treatment so do not waste your time and give them your hard earned money!”

Dear Jade, Your order was placed on December the 25th, we had a notice across our website that all orders would be prioritised and would be shipped when we returned on the 5th January. Your order was shipped on our return via DPD which normally takes 1-2 days from the date of shipping. Once a parcel leaves us we have very little control over this once it is in the hands of the courier. Unfortunately the week commencing the 5th January, the whole of the UK courier network has had some form of issue, mostly due to the continued weather the UK is having. Our company is based in North Wales, for a customer to receive their parcel from us, it needs to go through various hubs and the depot network to reach the final destination, there might not be any distruption in your area, but to get to this point unfortunately there has been at multiple points, weather related issues. We are not blaming the couriers, this is the situation we are put in, they will not risk sending their drivers out to deliver parcels if there is a risk to life. This is why we stipulate this in our terms and conditions, that allowances must be made for any of these unforseen events. As with any online business there are factors that are beyond their control, We want each and every customer to receive their purchased goods in a timely manner, the whole process has been explained to you through multiple emails, therefore to save any more delays and further upset, we have cancelled your order and will have this returned back to us from the courier with no cost to yourself and a full refund will being given back to you via the payment method you used on the original order.
