“I found The Glove Store after an online search for some warm waterproof gardening gloves that I had seen in my local gardening store in an incorrect size. The search directed me to the item I required so I ordered them, with a delivery instruction the if there was no answer at the door to put the item in my shed in the garden. After placing the order I received an email saying that the order would be delayed as the Store was closed for a holiday. Some what annoyed I checked to see if there had been any notice of a delay before I placed the order. Whilst there was a small banner with the notice at the top of the home screen, as I my google search had taken me directly to the item I was looking for, there were no notices on the pages that I had been through whilst ordering, which was frustrating. When my order arrived after the delay the delivery company left it on my front door step, despite two notices on the front packaging with my delivery instructions; and fully visible and less than two meter from the pavement. The gloves are ok but still slightly too big but any further delay in returning them would have made the need for warm winter gardening gloves redundant.”

“Sadly, the gloves have not yet been delivered. I have been told that they are with Royal Mail by someone from the Glove Store who was very helpful and quick to respond.”

“Purchased 5 packs of powder free gloves GD48 which we have had previously but most recent packs are sub-standard compared to previous. The are much thinner and tear very easily. Won't be purchasing again”
