“Your site showed large gloves but you sent small, I have put these in the bin as it it was not worth sending back to you. You also charged £2.95 for postage on 2 boxes of gloves but you only paid £2.90. That means you are making at least £0.05 +vat on each item which would probably give you a very large profit from postage when all the customers you have over the year have been fleeced”

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are disappointed to hear that you are unhappy. We have checked your order and it clearly shows that you ordered Small Gloves which is why we shipped this size. You complete the size details as part of the order and there are plenty of opportunities during the checkout process to check that the information contained in your order is correct. You will have also received an 'Order Confirmation' by email immediately after placing your order and this would have clearly shown that you had ordered 'Small' Gloves. Turning to your second point our carriage charges are clearly shown both on the 'Delivery Information' page on the website and also during the checkout process, where you would have had to choose between £5.95 Next Working Day delivery or £2.95 for delivery within 4 working days. The charge takes into Account the cost of packaging which costs more than the 5 pence you are concerned about. We therefore refute the accusation that we are 'fleecing' our Customers as we are clearly not! Regards David Horrocks The Glove Store Ltd

“My order was delayed by the snow, Royal Mail being unable to deliver. Customer services (Bridgette) was extremely helpful in keeping me informed and ensuring my gloves were delivered asap. The gloves, Bodyguards Blue Nitrile seem much better quality than from other suppliers. Many thanks Janice Waller”
