Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry that you are unhappy that we have changed our Courier partner but having investigated your comments we are unable to find any major fault with the two deliveries that have been made to you by DX. Here are the facts: - 1. You placed an order on Friday 10th March 2023 which was dispatched by us on the same day. The delivery was made to you by DX on Monday 13th March 2023. For some reason you sent us an email complaining that the delivery was not made on the Saturday. You had not paid an additional premium for a Saturday delivery or specified when you placed your order that you wanted the delivery made on the Saturday. DX are not at fault. 2. You placed your latest order on Monday 10th April 2023 which was a Bank Holiday. The order was dispatched on Tuesday 11th April 2023 and delivered to you on Wednesday 12th April 2023. We accept that the delivery was made slightly later that the delivery window but it was still made on a next day basis. After a relationship of 12 years we made the difficult decision to move away from DPD due to the abysmal service that we and our Customers received from them during the last 3 months of 2022. We experienced missed collections, collected items being held at our local depot for 24 hours and next day deliveries taking several days to be made, with absolutely no credible explanation as to why. You were obviously fortunate enough not to have been affected by these issues but the vast majority of our Customers were, which is why we have had to take decisive action. After such a long relationship we sincerely hope that you will continue to purchase your disposable gloves from us. You have my assurance that any future deliveries to you through DX will be personally monitored by myself. With best wishes. David Horrocks Operations Manager The Glove Store Ltd
