“My order arrived well packed. However, with the Faceted Glass Bead Mix, there are far too many of the smaller clear glass beads and not enough of other colours, that said they would mix well with other beads that you already have. There were a few broken fragments amongst the mixture, hence the four stars. I did not contact The Beads Shop. Overall I was happy with the items that made up my order. I would order again from this company.”
“My experience wasn't exactly great. The beads are nice and arrived in good time, but the holes are too small and I am finding it impossible to thread them. They are too heavy too use cotton thread, it will break and anything thicker, particularly waxed thread won't go through the holes in half of them, mostly the biger ones that are the best o890 nes. Disappointing but I gave 4 stars anyway.”

“Not quite right. I ordered a few strands of semi-precious round beads 6mm. They looked lovely but the garnet beads don't seem to be of the right size. I measured them, they are not 6m. They are not 4 mm either. While all the other strands contained 61-62 beads, the garnet strand has 71. Mistery! Anyway, good luck with your business in these difficult times!”

“I ordered some gold and some silver beads. They looked really nice when I got them and I was really happy with both of them. I made bracelets and necklaces with them. A couple days later the gold beads have turned brown and black. The silver ones are still good but I’m just very disappointed about the gold ones. EDIT: I’ve changed the rating of my review from 2 to 4 as someone from the company contacted me after this, apologising and offered me a refund. I am very happy with their customer service :)”
