“Bought variety of different colours was particularly looking forward to the pink and purple, as these were really lovely unfortunately in less than a week these are now pure white so very disappointed.”
“Not sure if I am being a little ungenerous here, but I was very disappointed by the difference between the colourful vibrant mixed chips as advertised and the dingy, mostly brown and indefinite coloured ones I got. I can't do what I'd planned with them: they are just too boring and dull. I am fairly certain that if I tried to complain, I'd be told that mixes vary, etc. etc. And I do understand that - but it doesn't help me. That said, other items were as described and were speedily shipped. I'm just not sure I would want to use this firm again, which is sad.”
