“These turquoise chips / bead bracelets are in fact not even turquoise. They are howlite and have been dyed to look like turquoise.”

“I ordered my beads 9 days ago and still haven’t gotten them. I am annoyed at the massive delay and no feedback from the seller explaining or apologising.”
