“An ex-display Humax HB 1100S was my first purchase from TechEdge and I found them outstanding. They have a great website, they accept PayPal and they delivered my order using DHL courier next day for free. The kit arrived in a plain box but the STB, remote and manual were all present and correct and in perfect condition. The only possible improvement would be if TechEdge could find a sustainable alternative to the polystyrene pieces used for cushioning in the box.”

Many thanks for the kind review Martin. The void-fill packaging is actually a product called Eco Flo. It’s made from starch, an annually renewable resource and is 100% biodegradable and compostable. It will also dissolve in water!

“I purchased the Samsung HW-K450 2.1 Wireless Soundbar with Wireless Subwoofer, Grade A, and I am very happy with the purchase. The Soundbar/Subwoofer is New and has no marks or damage on it at all. The box it arrived in is Samsung's own box and while the box did show a little damage it was certainly nothing to be concerned about. The Soundbar/Subwoofer were well protected and show no damage whatsoever. I would certainly recommend buying from Techedge and recommend that you read about the different Grades so you know exactly what condition the item you are purchasing will be in. I would certainly purchase from Techedge again.”

“Purchased an 'open box' Samsung HW-MS650 soundbar. Delivery was excellent - arrived before the expected date but unfortunately the item was damaged. However, a replacement was despatched the next day and this arrived in perfect condition. The soundbar is fantastic - wonderful full sound with a deep but not overpowering bass. Excellent service from Techedge and I would certainly use them again.”

“I had been looking for an upgrade to my ageing 5.1 hifi system and after reading various 'expert' reviews including advice from the manufacturer of my Smart TV I decided to opt for a Samsung Dolby Atmos soundbar. The one that is compatible with my 3 year old TV was difficult to find but I did spot a "New - other" one advertised on Amazon by Techedge. I decided to contact Techedge directly via web-chat to clarify the condition of the unit on offer. After a few minutes I was satisfied that the soundbar had only been on display with minimal use plus the sub-woofer had not been removed from its box. I decided to proceed with the purchase direct from Techedge on Friday and it was duly delivered on Monday. The unit was delivered by DPD within a pre-advised 1 hour timeslot and both soundbar and sub-woofer are in perfect condition with no blemishes or marks. Set-up was a little tricky until I realised that the optimal connection between the soundbar and TV was by optical cable. The improvement in sound over my old equipment is remarkable and I am very pleased not only with having done my research but also with having purchased this unit directly from Techedge. Based on my experience to date I have no hesitation in recommending this company.”
