“Hi, I’d like to write a very good review of the tea itself, but I’ve written two emails to chat@teaindia.co.uk (23 June and 3 July) and had no response at all, which seems pretty odd?”

“I have used this company twice before and been delighted with the service and products. However I ordered decaffeinated chai and one other item for my pregnant daughter and she instead received the one other item and a bottle of alcoholic syrup. Despite emailing on two occasions ( with a copy of the order and incorrect invoice) I have received no reply and my daughter has still not received her decaffeinated chai. So sadly, despite amazing tea and a previous good experience, I would now be wary of using their service again.”

“I've been asked to write a review of Tea India, as my opinion matters. The tea is good, however... On the 10th January, I used the contact page https://www.teaindia.co.uk/contact-us/, to let Tea India know about a problem. __________ I thought you should know that you may have a problem with the machines that put tea into tea bags. I opened a packet of Masala Chai today (Order #TI10837) and most of the bags were split and the tea spilled out. This is a little inconvenient, but I'm sure the tea will still taste good. With best wishes, 'ö-Dzin __________ I have not received a response. So the tea is good, but the response to my message is not so good. The question is - will this message gain a response? If my opinion matters, perhaps it should.”

“I love the Cardamon tea, my wife preferes the Masala, and up to a few months ago we could buy both locally. However my local shops have dropped both lines. I therefore ordered some direct - but after I paid on line nothing. No tracking number, and no tea. Tea 5* - devilery 0* so only *** applicable.”

“Flavour is quite nice but needs lots more black tea, it is really really weak - a tiny drop of milk turns it a pale colour, however long you leave the bag in. Nothing like a proper karak chai in India.”

“I ordered the coconut chai tea and chai latte sachets. Unfortunately the coconut chai tea was not to my liking, but the chai latte is delicious when made with milk. I’ve also tried the masala chai tea which is great as it has a lovely smell and flavour.”
