“I had bought a pack a few months ago and recently started using it, the tea was outstanding and the ginger was so strong and warming, I was amazed at how nice it tasted. So I purchased a 4 packets to keep me going for a while. I was really disappointed as you cannot taste the ginger in the new tea that I bought, I even tried to double up with two bags in one cup, not even a hint of ginger, taste more like Earl Grey. I find it odd as the new packets say, ‘New recipe more flavour’. I am not sure if this is a dud packet or if all 4 packets taste the same, I really loved the Ginger Chai and I do want more but this is really unacceptable. I have tried to contact Tea India twice via email and not received a reply as I would like a full refund.”

“I’d love to be able to write a review but unfortunately they were not delivered to me. I have emailed both Tea India and Evri but haven’t had a response from either of them. I don’t know who was at fault as my parcel according to Evri’s automated message, didn’t bare my postcode. So at present I’m down £21 and am missing my six boxes of teabags 😔”

“The tea is amazing the customer service is absolutely shocking!!! We received unsealed tea bags rendering them useless. We have tried contacting customer service numerous times but to no avail!!! Such a shame shouldn't be so difficult to get in contact with them. Hopefully they'll look at this review!”

“Ordered 12 boxes, got confused between Real Chai and Masala Chai as click from google took me to the wrong page. In a hurry Ordered masala chai instead of real chai. Called your customer services, asked for return and replacement. Instead was told it was my error so need to return the product myself and it’s cannot be collected for replacement. Ordered a large quantity, could have been a loyal customer but your customer service is poor. Maybe you should sell through amazon and not some local distribution network.”
