“Speedy delivery. All the chai teas are of superb authentic quality, it's like being back in India 😀. I really enjoy all of them but the coconut chai is definitely my favourite. I highly recommend Tea India.”

“Ordered 12 boxes of masala chai first 3 opened the inner seals were broken/torn indicating that faulty goods packed knowingly or machinery faulty, tea tasted ok but threw away those, will do the same with others found inner seals damaged....possibly last time will buy from Tea India after 3 years”

“I have not had a great first time experience, I ordered 4 items in 2 different bills, my first order arrived with only one item in it yet I had been charged for both items and shipping. I reached out and was told basically nothing and refunded for the item that didn’t arrive without being given a choice of resending the item or a refund, but I would not have paid shipping amount which almost is the same price as the item for one item (which I only ordered because of this reason the actual item I wanted wasn’t sent) and I have still not heard back to my response on this, also I have no update on my other orders so don’t have much hope on getting my items in that order too. There are many tea labels out there and you kind of become loyal for the service which unfortunately I have not seen with Tea India, such a shame as my mum wanted to try this and I ordered this for her as a surprise due to her shielding for covid and not being able to go out... definitely disappointed..!”
