“I contacted yourselves as I did not receive the tea caddy with my order. No one has replied back to me and it has been two weeks now. There is no answer when I call the telephone number. When will I receive my reply? Unhappy customer.”

“I love Chai tea and have tried all leading brands and supermarket own and found Tea India's Masala Chai - it's lovely. Being able to order on-line was a great bonus as I cannot go to usual shops to source this brand. I decided to try the other Classic Chai flavours and took advantage of the free postage. “I was introduced to Chai with Cardamom by an Iranian friend and have been hooked ever since. However it's not usually stocked in the supermarkets - I find Chai with Masala more often but not the one I like. Anyway, I have now found an Ebay supplier who sells it for a reasonable price and I recently ordered and received 6 packets which will keep me going for a while. Very happy with the tea and will keep on indulging as long as I can source a decent supply!”
