“very long process and i am still waiting for my check from the previous tax year”

Hi Victoria, thank you for your review. We submitted your claim on the 2nd May and everything was completed well within the timescale advised. We don't have any information on this other cheque as you have not contacted us about it. We have issued the only payment we have received from HMRC.

Hi Richard, unfortunately we can only claim back the amount of tax you have actually overpaid and can only apply for the allowances you are entitled to. Our fee is based on what we get back for you, so if there was more to be claimed we would have done so.
