“Target provided me with a bridging loan very quickly and efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble, along with getting me a market leading rate. It was far from a straight forward deal but it went through easily and quickly. I needed a first charge on a property I was buying and a second charge on my existing property. My bank just were not able to help me, but Zara made all the process simple and within days we had a valuation instructed and then a quick offer. Thank you Zara!”
