“Obtained bridging finance with the help of Zara after buying a commercial property at auction. Thanks to their endeavour to sort us out, we completed in time to buy the property.”

“I thought it best to look for a buy to let mortgage for our auction purchase, but then realised that due to its commercial element, this was not possible. Top 10 Finance arranged a loan which was quick and then automatically transferred to lenders' 10 year fixed mortgage after the property was refurbished. This eliminated the need to look around and worry any further about the long term prospects.”

“When we needed a short term bridging loan to buy our new home, the adviser was great in placing us with the right lender and with what we was a very good deal (as far as bridging goes). Fortunately for us, we managed to sell the property sooner, and the bridge was not required. Top 10 Finance did not charge us any abort fees, and managed to arrange refund of some of our legal costs for which we were very grateful.”
