“Tried to obtain refinance for a while, which was very difficult, due to very high loan to value we were at, as our previous lender, Amicus, went into administration. Zara arranged a combination of refinance and comfort charges on other property, and that was seamless as it did not need valuation. Very well done, Zara.”
