We attended the Tattoo on 21st August and as usual it was a brilliant show very well organised. We walked up the Royal Mile to the castle then realised we had to walk down the side of the castle to join the end of the que.As my husband suffers from COPD we knew it would be a struggle to join the end of the que. We asked one of your events staff managing the que if we could wait and join the que at the very end to save us walking down the side. She very kindly fast tracked us in. I wish I had got her name as we were very grateful and I feel a 'thank you' wasnt enough. The whole evening was wonderful and Edinburgh should be very proud of everyone who took part to make this a first class experience.

Lyndsey phones every week to check whether we need more supplies. She is always friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Mark our account manager visits every 12 weeks and is very approachable. SK have an excellent customer service team providing great products.

Ash and the team have been brilliant since the first time i met them and have been outstanding with the new products that are beinig installed and the service that we are going to have with them and also the chemical side Jack has been brilliant the ladies in the office have been amazing also when ever you call nothing is to much trouble. Always keeping us informed as to what is going on and up to date with delivery times etc Thanks Mike

Been dealing with Sylvester Keal for a couple of years now, and they have always been really helpful. My account manager Jack has always gone above and beyond to help get what I need, and so have any of the staff that I’ve spoke to over the phone, and so have any engineers that have come to help us. Our extraction system went down last week, and very thankfully, they managed to get it back up and going for us in the same day!

After dealing with Sylvester Keal for 5 years I have to say the service from the product sales team has been excellent. Always have what I need a deliver promptly. We had a dishwasher issue at our restaurant, and after nearly two weeks of waiting for the repair, Andy finally came in and saved the day. From the moment he arrived, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. He diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and had our machine up and running that very same day.

We have been having deliveries for a few months now and it’s great that we have jack our rep come through every so often to see how we are getting on with the products. Any problems jack is always on hand and nothing is too much trouble. Great customer service

Paid to have two machines looked at. They never came back to mend them. Paid again to have same machines looked at plus others. Never came back. They finally said ( after paying approx £700) they wouldn’t come back as one machine had been too modified. The only engineers I ever had were now working for them or another ‘professional ‘ company. The new company I have engaged have had no problem doing repairs. Funny that.
