“I have just spoken to Holly, My request was not a standard question, very much focused on disability access. Where other firms have not really understood what I am after, Holly was giving me ideas. “After dealing with Sylvester Keal for 5 years I have to say the service from the product sales team has been excellent. Always have what I need a deliver promptly. Even when I need something in an emergency they always have my back. Big shout to Lyndsey especially who always made my day with a chat or product enquiry. Thanks to you all.”

“We had a dishwasher issue at our restaurant, and after nearly two weeks of waiting for the repair, Andy finally came in and saved the day. From the moment he arrived, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. He diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and had our machine up and running that very same day.”

“We have been having deliveries for a few months now and it’s great that we have jack our rep come through every so often to see how we are getting on with the products. Any problems jack is always on hand and nothing is too much trouble. Great customer service”

“Paid to have two machines looked at. They never came back to mend them. Paid again to have same machines looked at plus others. Never came back. They finally said ( after paying approx £700) they wouldn’t come back as one machine had been too modified. The only engineers I ever had were now working for them or another ‘professional ‘ company. The new company I have engaged have had no problem doing repairs. Funny that.”

“I have used sylvester keal over the years 10+ infact , when managing a few different kitchens. They have also provided a high level of service. Each step from logging calls, taking orders, fitting equipment, planning for future kitchen designs and deliveries. Every member of the team i have delt with has always been extremley helpful and professional,i wouldnt use anyone else !”
