“Rang the emergency number just after lunchtime Saturday and Jay came out within the hour. He sorted our dishwasher and explained what he had done. Great guy, great service Dave at the Wheatsheaf Hibaldstow 👍👍”

“Ben Keal attended my site yesterday, a local school, we hadn't previously discussed in detail what I was looking for, just that I was hoping to update some equipment, Arrived promptly, listen to all my ideas, immediate plans and then possible future plans, was extremely helpful, with info on regulations and possible ideas without baffling me, was very friendly. suggested services that they offer in maintaining equipment, but without pressure and wasn't rushed. overall was a very pleasant meeting, with plenty of ideas discussed, look forward to working with him on our projects. highly recommend, fantastic service. well presented and very professional”

“Jake came at short notice yesterday to fix a gas leak we had in the kitchen. He has been to the hotel a few times and always gives a 5* service with a smile on his face”

“Day before reopening for the season our dishwasher decided to break down rang Sylvester keals the man I spoke to was great didn't promise anything they couldn't deliver and the next morning sent us Charlie who was amazing,polite,friendly and professional and advised us on cleaning and descaling and soon worked out the problem and fixed it which he was more pleased about then me as I had told him he wasn't allowed to leave until it was fixed. I can not rate Charlie enough and how he dealt with my banter and was eye candy for the ladys ha ha”

“Andy and jake serviced our equipment , very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. The customer service I have had from Sk has been exceptional especially from Holly, only ever spoken on the phone to her but always a very easy, pleasant experience.”
