“good service, couldn’t get through on the phone for ages though - so it would be hard to get post sales support - I bought an iphone which I set next to the old one to transfer data, unfortunately it got stuck for hours on "updating software" (it automatically did thjat, no option not to) - a lot of googling and connecting to a mac fixed it, but it would have been nice if it had the software installed at sale, as you know iOS had been infiltrated recently hence the rushed out updates.”

“My order of a refurbished I phone was delayed and so I had to email the company and ask what was wrong. I received a reply in good time saying there was a problem and the phone was not available after all but an identical replacement would be sent out swiftly. This did arrive quickly and it has been satisfactory.”

“Excellent service. However if you take out on credit beware you may not be able to move the direct debit day. Also your laptop may arrive in a different box with different specs than your laptop other than that works like a charm”
