She takes the time to understand my preferences and always manages to create itineraries that strike the right balance between adventure and comfort. The Vietnam trip was no exception. What I truly appreciate is her consistency. For over a decade, Florence has been my go-to person for stress-free travel planning. She’s always patient, responsive, and ready to handle any changes or questions (which always a lot !)
