“From start to finish the service we received was brilliant. This was our first ever booking with Sunlounger Milton Keynes and our requirements were not straightforward due to my wife's health and accessibility needs and the possibility that we might add 2 friends to our travel party. From the first discussion of our requirements with Lewis through to booking and paying for our chosen package with Lorena and beyond that to the follow-up conversations, we enjoyed first class service with the greatest kindness and understanding. The recommended hotel looks perfect for our needs and personal preferences and came from previous customer experiences shared with us. Lorena then went to considerable lengths to ensure that every detail of our package meets our needs and those of our friends who did agree to join us and booked separately over the phone. Kaye, the manager, provided excellent support to Lorena during the process and we were delighted overall with the whole experience. Well done everyone.”
