“We have just been into town and collected our boarding passes etc for our up and coming trip to Prague next weekend, and while we were there (King's Lynn store, our go to place !! ) we booked another holiday. We went in with an idea, a suggestion from our last visit into the store, last week, and didn't want to miss out on the opportunity to visit somewhere new to us. All succesfully booked, deposit paid and a discount voucher accepted (thank you Jet2), ok now we only have to wait a year but a holiday we're already looking forward to. Many thanks to all the girls in store, for the area suggestion, had a good google and found just what we were looking for, therefore this visit just needed to fine tune the details, and we are extremely happy with the result. After our next holiday in November, also booked with you we will be back in store to book our next one. Cannot recommend Sunlounger King's Lynn staff highly enough, friendly,totally profressional , very knowledgable and enthusiastic and our favourite shop in town. Many thanks . see you soon.”

“Fantastic customer service from the girls in your King’s Lynn branch. Sorted our cruise with Courtney then went into store the next day to find Courtney had told Abi we were going in to confirm and Abi dealt with it all so professionally , whole booking process was calm and enjoyable.”

“Excellent customer service provided by megan @cmk store today 25/5/24. We wanted to only go in a book with paying a deposit but ended up paying full amount. The service she provided was very helpful and supportive with our choice of destination. With her experience and expertise she was able to help provide all details and get us the best deal. Will definitely be goin back there to book other holiday destinations and we cant wait to make memories and tell all our friends n family about sunlounger travel agent.”

“Great customer service experience from Abigail Wenn and she was very friendly and helpful to ensure we felt happy with our booking from start to finish and going over the details just to make sure it was all correct. Never heard of a certain airline before and explained it was very good airline to fly with and people use it alot. Myself and my brother would like to say a big thanks to her excellent customer service. They have plenty of choice of destinations and prices to suit each person's requirements.”
