“We were happy with the help Kaylee gave us to plan our super holiday next year and are very excited to go. She talked us through the resorts and planned for appropriate stays where we could access facilities on foot. Our only disappointment was that the itinerary did not include the pictures that made your competitors information stand out. We chose your company as it was a small independent and wanted to support it. But the lack of pictures in your itinerary almost had you pipped at the post.”

“Sian was very helpful but it seems your atolplus receipt was very confusing and states full payment the day the booking was made which threw us in a bit of panic and I was left trying to transfer money in the evening only to find out it was the system. this was clarified by Sian in the morning whenI spoke to her and also via email. This could have been avoided through a simple update of your system.”

“Good customer service at the kings Lynn office do think it’s pretty bad though in less than an hour though we checked the prices against tui and you were £300 more expensive on exactly the same holiday, flights and everything”

Hi Tony, and thank you for the feedback, I'm pleased to hear you experienced great service in-store. As you'll be aware, at the time of booking we offered you the same price that TUI were displaying, but I can also see that that the cost went down £218 after you booked, how very frustrating for us all. I am however pleased to see that Courtney has adjusted the price to the best of her ability after the fact. I'm sorry that you feel we were more expensive, but sadly we can only advise the prices we're being presented by the operators at the time off booking. I can see our Branch Manager in Kings Lynn (Courtney) has been in contact, discussed and resolved this for you which is great to see.
