We were happy with the help Kaylee gave us to plan our super holiday next year and are very excited to go. She talked us through the resorts and planned for appropriate stays where we could access facilities on foot.
Our only disappointment was that the itinerary did not include the pictures that made your competitors information stand out. We chose your company as it was a small independent and wanted to support it. But the lack of pictures in your itinerary almost had you pipped at the post.
