“Kelly and Jess were so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. It was a pleasure to sit with them and book our trip. Will definitely book our next trip with them.”
“Lorena is a great travel adviser — very genuine and knowledgeable. I’m happy to book my holidays through her. It’s my first time going on a cruise holiday, and I needed to book for a family of five, which is not a small budget for us, especially during peak season. But with Lorena’s help, I felt comfortable and happy with my purchase.”
“The staff at your Wisbech Branch are amazing, friendly and go out of their way to help and keep you informed. Would give them 10 if it was availiable.”
“The staff at Sunlounger wisbeach are the most helpful and always sort any issues we might have, that is the reason why we go back every time. Even the staff at King's Lynn where helpful when wisbeach was closed”
“I visited Sunlounger in Milton Keynes and was greeted by Lorena. I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided. From the consultation to the final booking details, the entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free.
The agent demonstrated excellent knowledge of the destination, offering valuable insights and recommendations that enhanced the overall experience. They took the time to understand my preferences and budget, and tailored the itinerary to suit my needs perfectly – including flights, transfers and accommodation.
What really stood out was the level of care and attention to detail. I was kept informed throughout the process and felt confident knowing everything was being handled professionally.
I would highly recommend Lorena to anyone looking for a personalised and hassle-free travel planning experience. I’ll definitely be using them again for future trips.”
