Hi Tony, and thank you for the feedback, I'm pleased to hear you experienced great service in-store. As you'll be aware, at the time of booking we offered you the same price that TUI were displaying, but I can also see that that the cost went down £218 after you booked, how very frustrating for us all. I am however pleased to see that Courtney has adjusted the price to the best of her ability after the fact. I'm sorry that you feel we were more expensive, but sadly we can only advise the prices we're being presented by the operators at the time off booking. I can see our Branch Manager in Kings Lynn (Courtney) has been in contact, discussed and resolved this for you which is great to see.
